As Single Threaded Leader for Enterprise Trust & Reliability, I lead our AI-driven internal developer platform and the services shared across our products. I treat the platform as a product, with external partners and internal engineers as its customers.
- Lead the team responsible for cloud infrastructure, observability, availability, platform security, authentication and SSO, our notifications platform, governance automation, release safety and shared technology platforms.
- Lead AI and agentic platform strategy, covering developer tooling, adoption governance and cost/value management.
- Rebuilt Foundations around platform missions mapped to OKRs, with platform trust supporting enterprise expansion.
